SCMS Kerf or Dado Cutting.

As I'm sure most of you know, you can use your SCMS to cut "kerfs or dadoes" in your work pieces. You accomplish this by adjusting the stop on the saw head. Once you do that you realize that you can't cut all the way through the work piece. . .

A simple solution to this is to add a sacrificial fence, but on my Hitachi it's a bit hard to secure it. What I do is to screw a screw on each end and "pinch" the auxiliary fence to the main fence. It works great.
