The latest release of The Roof Framing Calculator V4.75 brings improvements to the way the calculator calculates the overhangs and total lengths for the common, hip and valley rafters. It now makes provisions for sub fascia and fascia thickness as well as any building finishes that will be applied. These measurements are now factored into the overhang projections and final rafter lengths. Also it now calculates all the angles for your fascia and hip when cutting square cut rafter tails. The calculator also gives you the square setting to place your stops at to archive the desired angles needed when cutting square cut tails.
